I don't agree with everything, but I certainly agree with the Faction Package complaint. It really doesn't make any sense.
Every single one of my good friends have quit Destiny. I don't have a raid team. I don't want to LFG a raid team. So I don't think I'll be doing the raid.
I had no idea that Trials was capped at 390. That is amazingly stupid. I was going to dip my toe in the pool of Trials this weekend, but now, what's the point? Why put myself through that if it's capped at 390? That's insane!
However, I won't pretend that I'll leave. I tried already. I was gone for about 3 months. RoI sucked me back in. But this horrible loot system is pushing me back out. I just purchased Battlefield 1 today. I think I'll play that until the next IB.

They capped the factions at 390 because you could artificially bump your level by spamming (heavy ammo, motes, planetary materials etc) and not playing bungie's way...even though they put all those things in the game. It bets me as to why regular crucible drops can go to 400... But this game now seems heavily weighted towards pvp. As for pve... You can only raid, get exotic engrams, nightfall or strike chests to get over 390.

Find a clan. It's very easy to do, it's what I did. I posted when I am online, what I do, my skill level, and other details. Had a few offers, waited for more, and took what fit me the best.

I suppose. But it just seems like another form of LFG to me. But a more structured, forced LFG.
