Year 3 is clearly filler content because they couldn't meet their contractual agreement with Activision. I suggest don't throw any money at them this year until they release a game with SUBSTANTIAL CONTENT like vanilla. I'm not giving them any more money for 5 story mission BULLSHIT releases like this polished turd of a release.
I love this game but they can't satisfy my hunger, and I'm not happy about it.
Penny pinching from the player base that remains is a disgusting and putrid objective. I suggest anyone reading this follow my lead and BOYCOTT EVERVERSE and vote with your wallet if they try to release another low content DLC by not buying it.

"Clearly...contractual...blah, blah, blah..." Oh, so you're an insider? You're one who KNOWS, eh? Most people who "know" don't spend time waffling on message boards. Signed, Blissfully Ignorant of the inner workings at Bungie

Actually...there is an article regarding Activision's marketing plan for their sponsored games. It states the developer must release new content at frequent intervals. Bungie has cut and sliced the original game up to meet those requirements.
-
...did you just say vanilla had substantial content?
-
compared to rise of iron yes. compared to borderlands, no.

Oh I voted with my player presence is that enough?

its a start. The game plays great, but the content is thinner than the olsen twins. For that reason i'm playing less destiny and more other games, which kinda sucks. Bungie needs to learn from this, and the only way to teach them is hit them in the income stream and play less, which is what i'm doing.
