I agree with a lot of this. Long time player. Festival of the lost put me off a bit and the capping of factions makes grinding a bit useless. I'm already 400 on all characters. I don't want to grind strikes or anything else to rank up factions and get 390 stuff. I should be rewarded gear at my light level. I know it's not a big deal to use something that's 390 light but we strive for max light in this game. I feel like the time I put in isn't worth it at this point. I have a few games that need attention. I'll be stepping away from destiny for a bit myself.
