I play a ton of other games nowadays, however I still play Destiny (very) casually, I couldn't care less about getting to 390, it's too much work.
Have you tried Neverwinter and Warframe? Both are very good, and they're free to play. I'd recommend them.
As far as Battlefield goes you're spot on, people there know their stuff. I play a support myself, the Lewis gun is an outstanding weapon!

I like neverwinter a lot, I've never player warframe but neverwinter is 10000 times more pay to win than destiny has ever dreamed of being lol

Edited by oscarthepooch: 11/4/2016 6:44:48 AMTrue, but Neverwinter gets a pass for being a free to play. That is how they make their income. To add to that you can choose what you get in Neverwinter, it isn't up to RNG. Unlike Destiny, which is purely RNG.

Day one here too! I do miss that loot cave. Anyways, back to the topic! Destiny really needs to figure itself out in PVP and it's story needs to be more accessible to the masses. In reality putting all the lore online was a terrible way for Bungie to do it. They need to take a note from Portal 2, Dishonoured, the Elder Scrolls, and Bioshock and sneak the lore into the maps. At least then we could go out and Discover the lore for ourselves.

I play Warframe and I tried neverwinter... I don't consider neverwinter a good game... It felt like just one mission type being repeated and felt to arcade-y. Yea, I never got to raid/dungeon or whatever but the quests given by people felt like destiny patrol.

The open world rinse and repeat is a part of the MMO RPG genre, although I would say that if you want a less arcade styled game and are after something more gritty you should give the Elder Scrolls Online a try.

If I was a kid sure.. All I do now is just get my login reward from Warframe, get off, and watch some Netflix while I eat or if I have the time and don't have plans.
