Recently I noticed that when I was decrypting exotic engrams, they would drop at my current light level (393) First I thought I was just unlucky but in over a week I had at least 5 Engrams with that "problem" To check if it was just me or not, I contacted my friends and they are having the same problem or even worse. Meaning Exotic Engrams would either decrypt at the same even lower then the current light level. This might be a bug, that has found it's way into the game through "Festival of the Lost". I found a Reddit Post where many others seem to have the same problem. This is quiet frustrating when you are currently only able to level up by crucible, AF and Exotic Engrams (No time for Hard Raid at the moment, due to work overload) Hope this gets fixed soon.
