*As he waits, he notices a strange man watching him from the distance. The man was 5'10, and rather thin for a guy who looks to be in his early 30s, but also has some sort of energy coming off of him, an aura of strength if you will. He wears a black skin tight cotton shirt and pants, and black leather combat boots. A crimson sash is slung across his body, attached to it a white plasma sniper. His face looks rather normal, a scarred but handsome face, a crew cut, and some slight stubble, but his blazing crimson eyes make him look... Different. Creepy, almost. He doesn't move, just watches the figure with intrigue.*
