Well, when manipulating or using any general snow or ice attack, if youre closer, keep yourself fluid and loose. the momentum you pick up will help you exert enough force to blast your opponent away with little physical drain. Long range its good to pick up on various baseball pitching techniques. Also, make sure you begin focusing on what type of attack you want, then forming it, then releasing in the right direction with the right power behind it.
