Ishtar Commander App hidden by blue banner
Two issues that may or may not be related. Using Android version on a Samsung phone (not the exploding model) that may be uninstalled again if these issues are not resolved.
1.Just loaded Ishtar Commander on phone. Large blue banner (Help/Legal) obscures the rest of the screen. How is it moved or removed? App is totally unusable as it is.
2. Any time my screen orientation changes (rotates) the screen goes black and lower left corner displays Build 697 in very small font.

Ishtar Commander isn't bungie's app so they can't do anything about it unfortunately.

Ishtar Commander is a 3rd party app and Bungie has no control over it.
