I'm seeking information from a fellow 3D modeler on how to improve visual quality in my 3D Modeling portfolio before graduation and after. Is it necessary to have a low poly, medium poly, and high poly model for LODs in game?
What is the minimum and maximum polygon count for game objects?
Are there any ways to make low poly meshes in a game engine look like high poly meshes?
Without compromising your NDA's, what workflow and software would you recommend for texturing objects?
