[i]Out of the corner of your eye you see movement. When you turn your head there's a 5'5" girl with black hair pulled back into a ponytail, wolf ears, and a long bushy tail wearing ragged clothing. She's stealing your gun/purse/bag/whatever. Upon being caught, her eyes go wide in shock as she trips backwards and falls on her back.[/i]

[i]She continues to shake her head.[/i] "You have no power in the den. Your rules mean nothing there. Only the code."

"My guns have power there. Guy with the biggest guns has the most power."

"You can't attack my clan!" [i]She weakly punches your chest and hurts her fist, holding it in pain.[/i]

"Never said I'd shoot anybody. GUNS are a show of force. A show of pull. If you've got the biggest guns, people fear you. They're intimidated."

"Your guns mean nothing to my people!" [i]She kicks you, spraining her ankle in the process.[/i]

"Jesus Christ, kid! Calm down! I ain't gonna hurt anyone!" [b]I noticed the impact, even though my armor ignored it. I saw that she hurt her ankle. I take a doctor's bag out.[/b] "Damn, kid... You went and fûcked up your ankle. Wait. You guys are werewolves or some shit, right? What if I became a werewolf? Then would that work?"

[i]She shakes her head.[/i] "You'd be a rogue wolf with no clan. That's the lowest a werewolf can be. My clan would kill you on sight."

"Well... Wait. I have a helmet on me. They wouldn't be able to tell if I was one of y'all or not. Plus, I think I have the upper ground."

[i]She rolls her eyes.[/i] "Wolf ears won't get you in. We all know each other, there's a certain scent, and you need a tail."

"Damn. Well, whether anyone likes it or not, I'm still checking the place out. The code doesn't mean jack shit to me."

[i]She growls.[/i] "Well the code is my life and it says no outsiders!"

"Listen, kiddo. I'm not part of your clan. If I was, maybe I'd care about your damn code, but I'm not. Also, it's my job. I have to do it. Scout all places in and around the Dojo."

"The reason you can't enter is because you're not a part of the clan! What don't you get?!"

"That's my point, kid! I'm not a part of your clan, so I can't enter according to your code, right? Well, I'm not a part of your clan, so your code doesn't mean jack to me- Wait. I just had an idea. What if I don't enter? Just watch from a distance?"

[i]She thinks it over.[/i] "As long as you stay out. If you enter my punishment will be severe."

"Hmm... Couldn't I interact with your people if it's outside? As long as don't go in?"

[i]She nods.[/i] "If they wish to greet you."

"Hmm... Let's try that. Maybe I can make some headway."

[i]She nods happily, but she gets sad again.[/i] "I'm so late now. My punishment will be severe. Do you have a vehicle of some kind?"

"Kid, I can sprint faster than most cars can go in 2nd gear. I can carry you. It's my fault. Tell 'em that."

[i]She shakes her head.[/i] "I will take the punishment...but I'd appreciate being carried." [i]Her face turns red from embarrassment.[/i]

"Kid, least I could do after what's gonna happen to ya. I still want you to tell them I kept you help up, though. Even if you still take the punishment." [b]I lean down a bit.[/b] "Climb on, kid."

[i]Artemis slowly gets on to your back and hookers her arms around your neck.[/i] "Okay, I will." [i]She points to a far off mountain.[/i] "There's the den."

[b]I begin to sprint, and it's fast. Damn fast. I'm a Ranger, I need to be. Even with all my equipment and Artemis, I was still damn fast.[/b]

[i]Artemis becomes happy from the wind in her face. She starts to giggle and smile.[/i]
