I have not received Khvostov Field Manual, pg 90 or Lady Efrideet. I have acquired the Khvostov on one of my characters and seen the opening cinematic for the iron banner on all three of my characters.
Also will we ever be able to get the Transmission card ever again and will we ever be able to get the Fate of All Fools card?
