Where would Keira fit into this? She has the ability to transform into a multitude of 17 Riders, all with different sets and abilities. I can lower it to five or three, if you like.

A Kamen Rider can mean any person who defends humanity against some type of threat. From 2000 to now, there are currently 17 of these Riders. Kamen means "Masked" in Japanese and Rider comes from the fact that every Rider rides a motorcycle.
