[i]Xavier saw Sithis while he was taking a walk. According to a history thing he read, this guy might be a man with lots of experience, and was friends with Victor Radel during dimension C3RG, otherwise known as The Madhouse or The Clearing. He walked up to the confused individual.[/i]
