RANGED FIRST BRACKET
Atop the arena stood a flickering silhouette of a man wearing a long coat. At his side was a katana sheathe and revolver, but one feature stood out - e emblem of the cobalt phoenix emblazoned on the chest of the overcoat.
It was him.
"The sun sets as two testaments to technology face each other," said the figure's gravelly voice. "The Frontiersman and a son of the Terran God-Emperor; JT the Cowboy vs. Jason of the Astartes. Take your places, gunslingers. Let honour guide your hand and bullets."
JT stands on the west side of the colosseum, and opposite of them stands Jason. The holographic projection filled with multiple symbols which change quickly like a slot machine pops up on the centre of the arena. The projection stops on a piece of ice surrounded by snow. The entire arena suddenly fills with snow, layers of it appearing beneath the fighters' feet. Within a few moments the entire arena had been converted into a snowy wonderland, with massive chunks and arches of ice dotting the white plains.
Then, another slot projection takes the centre of the arena. Landing on the symbol of an apple falling. Massive chunks of ice and snow begin to rise up in the air, levelling the battlefield as many floating islands of ice, rock and snow are created - the gravity had been dialled down to zero. The Warriors begin to rise as well, but they would also notice the large chunks of metal hidden within each floating remnant...
The ghost of the Peacekeeper speaks.
"Begin!"
