*He forms an iron ball, sending him back as it propels towards Zane*
I REALLY DO NOT WANNA DO THIS!

[b]He forms a barrier, causing the ball to shatter. He sends out two clones, that move in for a pincer attack.[/b]
-
*Mortar summons two shadow forms of himself, which combat the clones. Then he lunges at Zane, kneeing his chin*
-
[b]He dashes low, swinging both his energy beams at morters legs, trying to knock him over.[/b]
-
*He succeeds, but Mortar dissolves into the ground upon contact with it and reforms behind him, smacking him in the back of the head with the hilt of his blade*

[b]He staggers forward a bit, then turns and glares at morter. He dashes forward them surrounds him with deadly energy beams. He closes his hand and the beams attack morter. [/b]

Son of a... *Mortar does his best to counter it, forming a shadow barrier around him to avoid the beams, but can't do too much as the beams surround him*

[b]The beams pierce through him, leaving no mark but causing immense pain and shocking him.[/b]

SHIIIIIHHHIIIIITTTT!!!! *Mortar cringes very badly as he feels this pain, but tries to endure as he watches Zane*

[b]He calmly walks up and grabs morter by the neck, lifting him up into the air and staring at him as he starts choking him.[/b]

*He dissolves through Zane again, reforming behind him* C'mon, Zane, you know you don't wanna do this...

[b]As he turns around, Morter sees a strange big on the back of Zane's neck. Zane leaps away from morter, and begins charging an attack. As he does so, he sends many clones to attack him.[/b]

*Mortar, noticing the bug, dissolves into the ground when the clones get close enough, and reforms behind Zane, attempting to pry it off*

[b]The bug burrows deeper into the bag of Zane's neck, and he lets out a silent scream. He backhands morter away, his rage rising. [/b]

*He recoils slightly and lunges at him, stabbing the bug with a needle*

[b] The bug lets out a shrill scream and jumps out from Zane's neck, trying to get away. Zane however falls forward, passing out.[/b]

*Mortar quickly crushes the bug before it can do anything* Don't corrupt my pocket dimension you li'l bastard! wait... Zane! *He runs over to him, laying him on his back, making sure he's breathing*

[b]He lets out a cough, and starts to breath heavily. His eyes stay closed however, and it appears he is badly wounded.[/b]

Come on, Zane, I'm gonna get you to the infirmary. *He picks up Zane and opens a portal to the Dojo infirmary*

[b]They arrive, and a nurse jumps back in surprise.[/b] "What happened to him?!"

Uh, Twilight bug made him turn on me, had to suppress him. Can you just fix him please?

[b]She sighs, taking Zane and lying him in a table.[/b] "Il do what I can, now please leave. Can't work with fighters in the room."

Understood. *He takes one last look at Zane before leaving through the portal*
