He didn't expect that, and patted your back awkwardly a few times, before pushing you away softly "You've already paid me back, I heard what you did for my sister.......it's funny, she always wanted a family, and you've helped her with that more than I ever could've, for that you have my deepest and most sincere of thanks" The whole time he talked, he talked in the same regal accent beta had, but not nearly as thick

Beta perked up "Is it Nyxon? come on Ry, you know him well enough now to not have to hold him at the door" Something held alpha back.....one look at his face told you it was guilt, but not just for what happened with JT, there seemed to be more

Beta was ecstatic, unsurprisingly "ALEX!" Alpha walked over and embraced her, disguising his earlier look with a happier one "I missed you cassie......" She actually started crying, hugging him tighter "I missed you too big brother!"

They hugged a little longer, before Alpha broke it off with a light push, careful not to hurt her just in case she was still recovering from anything, and he spoke up "Glad to see you're okay....I don't think I can stay though......"
