[b]In courtyard A1, a woman was sitting in a chair. Okay, nothing out of the ordinary, people alsways sat around A1. This woman was wearing a brown duster, over a white shirt. She was wearing black leggings with brown tennis shoes. She had green stud earrings in, her short, black hair not even going past them. She sat there, feet up, just enjoying the day.[/b]

"I assume you mean my eyes. Yeah, I am blind. It's been like that my entire life. All 28 years of it. I was just born like this. Parents threw me out for it."

[b]He leans back and looks down.[/b] "Oh, I apologize for bringing that up then." [b]Attempting to change the subject, he looks back up.[/b] "Sorry, but I believe I didn't quite catch your name."

"Heh. Name's Keri. And why are you apologizing? I never knew my parents, why would I get upset talking about them?"

"Well, it's just that it's a bit of a touchy subject for most. Parental issues are the basis for at least 30% of everyone here. Actually, it probably comes closer to 50."

"Nah, I didn't even know mine, so no issues with them. Most I know about them is that they're both dead. Any other questions for me?"

"Melee or ranged? Combat-wise, I mean."

"Both. I have a revolver that tracks targets, don't even have to aim. I have a rapier, and was trained by the best swordsman in Cedyetica."

"I prefer to always be a bit closer with a scythe, but if I have to, I have of guns as well. About 5 I always keep on me if I remember correctly. Always more from the vault from various quests and gifts." [b]He smiles[/b] "But of course, I always use a bit of magic to augment my weapons."

"Ah, yes. Magic. I have something you could call magic. I'm a Psion. We use a drug called KAP-8 to make our powers work."

[b]Ite bursts out laughing[/b] "KAP-8! Now that's a substance I haven't heard of in a long time. I remember a bit of time in that old place. I actually think I still have my gauntlets somewhere around with a bit of juice in it."

"You know about KAP-8? Have you been to Cedyetica before?"

"Why yes! Lived there for a while a couple months ago. I just blanked on the name since it was so long ago."

"I actually lived there for a while!"

"Really now? How long ago was it?"

"It was a particularly short stay. Someone decided I was... unnecessary... early on."

"It had gotten to the point where I had gone through couple of things, made a friend, etcetera etcetera, and I had gotten, well, bored! So I did what I always do: I jumped to a new place, a new reality."

"Well you see, I'm the physical embodiment of a user, manifested within their imagination. From there, I am given instruction, told what to say, do, feel, completely against my own will. The plus side to this is that I can go into these different places faster than simply walking or driving or even flying to these other places. The downside is that it means I don't get to do anything I want." [b]He pauses to take a water bottle from the folds of his cloak and takes a sip.[/b] "And you see, everyone is the same.
