[b]Keri looks over at him, making her eyes visible. They were a milky white, this woman was blind. She waves over at him.[/b]

He looks up, noticing her. "Hi. Didn't see you there." Glancing around he decides to walk over to her, stopping at a chair beside hers. "Mind if I sit here? It's been a long day."

"Nah, I don't mind. I'm just a blind girl, for lack of a better word, gazing up at the sky. Could use the company."

"Thanks mate." He sits down with a sigh, reaching up to remove his helmet. The head gear depressurizes with a click-hiss. "Not sure I'll be much in way of company, I've been told I'm rather depressing."

"Being in depressing company is better than no company, in my opinion. Besides, I bet I've met someone who's more depressing than you. Besides, ain't like I'm gonna move. Im enjoying the outside too much right now."

Cannon chuckles. "Well, thanks for that I suppose. Not many people give me that much. It's good to be treated like a human for once." He smiles lightly, leaning back as the chair creaks beneath his armor.

"Treated like a human? Do people not treat you like a human a lot or something? 'Round here it's pretty common."

"Around here It's not quite as bad. Back home, well, most people look down on us clones. I personally blame propaganda. Most people around here don't care, or avoid me on sight." He blows some dust off his visor.

"You're a clone? Interesting. Haven't met a clone before. I mean, I'm best friends with a cowboy who's a test tube kid, but a clone is new to me. Who were you cloned from?"

"A man named Jango Fett. They made a whole army of us, trained us to fight for their government. Didn't give us much choice though. I left as soon as the war ended and eventually wound up here." He shrugs, his armor creaking slightly.

"Hmm... You know, you're the first person who hasn't asked me questions about being blind. What happened to make me blind, how I 'see', stuff like that. I like that. It's boring saying the same thing over and over."

"I can picture that. If I had to guess, I'd say you were likely born blind, or at least have been for a very long time. You're too keen of your surroundings for it to be recent, and you aren't sporting any scars that would normally go with a tragic incident. Am I close?" He asks with an amused smirk.

"You're right on the money. Born this way. Got thrown out onto the streets by my parents, they didn't want me in the first place. And yeah, I've learned how to use echolocation, like a bat."

"Interesting. I didn't know humans were capable of doing that. You have some sort of magic?"

"No. I've just been training all 28 years of my life. I mean, if you want to count be a Psion as magic, but it was caused by tech and needs drugs to run."

"Tech that requires drugs? That's a new one."

"Drug called KAP-8. I'm a Psion so I have to take it regularly. I'm running low on it. Trying to find a dealer."

"Sounds like a serious liability, especially for combat situations and the such. What happens if you run out?" The clone asks, his voice full of curiosity.

"I get ridiculous migraines and muscle aches, and then I die two weeks later, why?"

"Just curious. Seems idiotic someone wpuld make something with side effects that severe. The risk sounds like it outweighs the gain." Replies the Mandalorian.

"It's just how I was born. My parents were both Psions, so were their parents, and theirs, and so on and so forth. It's genetic."

"Interesting. Seems like an odd genetic trait. Are there other psions in the Dojo?"

"Nope. It's just me. There are a few other people from Cedyetica here, though. JT and Lance."

"I've met JT. He's... An interesting character."

"Yes. Quite. He's a really good guy, though. My best friend. I actually joined his military. Then left. He's an awesome guy."

"Interesting. I'll have to keep an eye on him. So, what brought you to the dojo, if you don't mind me asking."
