Honestly they're annoying and I dont want to waste my time with their bs so I usually just leave. Especially the people that go afk.

I'm a farming type of person. Ive asked politely and if they say no politely i just say ok and i kill the boss with them normally, then leave after the strike. If they say no like a dick, ill be a dick too. (He wasnt that bad but he blatantly asked why like why would he wanna talk to them to even mull it over.)
