I can only speak for myself I guess. If someone asked me at the start of the strike to politely leave I'd see no reason not to. I'm always willing to help. Even if that help means leaving. Just the way I am I guess. People seem to turn situations like this into a battle of wills. It's stupid and childish. It's a simple case of ghost out, go to orbit then research.
