He is a master mage, so he would have a lot. It also wouldn't really be a fun fight if I just ran out this early on... also, soul tear will still hurt JT, the soul part just makes it work differently on living things.
Shalidor shot a fireball at the revolver as he shot, knocking the gun off course and hurting JT a bit. He took a couple of shots though, leaving him on the ground while dragon armor helped a little.

Flame did nothing to the ceramics of JT's skin and flesh, so he stood up. JT continued to unload another three shots of Hardlight at Shalidor.
-
The shots were knocked off course leaving only one to hit Shalidor. He struggled to get up, then the ship crashed. Once it hit trump tower, he rolled along the ground and got back up behind some rubble. He stayed behind the rubble, shooting icy spears at JT.

JT was... Different, upon the Trump Tower collisions. For now instead of just one figure, there stood a warrior in a hulking, ten foot tall suit of armour, armed with everything from a .700 Nitro to a waist-mounted G11 Chainsaw LMG, fitted ti fire 50. Caliber ammunition at Shalidor, which it proceeded to do as JT quite literally slapped the spears out of the sky. Whatever rubble Shalidor hid behind was either shot through or obliterated.
1: Shots were Hard Light and shaped like .44's, forgot to say. JT's main ones use .50's. 2: JT physically doesn't have a soul. Like, he was born in a labratory, and even then he was made and not born, so he has no soul in canon. 3: Please edit post in accordance with #1.

Alright, I'll edit mine, but soul tear works on living and machines, it just won't work as effectively on machines, so you should edit yours too.
-
What does Soul Tear do, exactly?
-
By the name, it rips through an enemy's flesh or armor, on living things, it soul traps them in the process, but on machines, it just hurts them.
-
You know that's because the Machines in TES are powered by Soul Gems yes? JT has NO soul affiliated with him so it wouldn't affect him.
-
And those soul gems are almost always empty. Some don't have soul gems in them at all too.
-
1: The gems are empty because there's such a minute amount that it wouldn't do anything to your enchanted gear. 2: I'm not taking this hit if I've proven it's bullshit and has no effect on my character. Deal with it.
-
Then at least take hits from the other magics, just because elemental attacks are less effective doesn't mean you can just be immune to everything that has an elemental name tagged on to it.
-
He physically can't be affected. Ceramics disperse heat, rubber skin blocks electric currents, frost does nothing but rust over years, earth isn't in TES.

There's still a lot of kinetic energy behind a fireball and its explosion, same with an icy spear, they aren't going very slow ya know. It's like if someone used a regular explosive on JT, it would still have an effect. Ice build up on something can still slow you down.
