If the person says on their post "invite me (Gamertag)" Then I add --> Invite, or message them if they're ready to go then send them an invite. If they say add and join then I do just that. But if I have a post that says "add me VincentLloydM" Then I expect them to add me, and join up whenever they're ready. I again usually send a message to let them know. I hate when people tell me to add them, then I do and they're already full. Like bro. Really. Stop wasting my time. Accept only the amount that you need, don't add every person that sends you a friend request you only need 5 other people. It's really not that hard.
