[spoiler]The gates aren't open, they're still closed off to those that arrive. EVERYONE is allowed In after asking to join.

[spoiler]No the gates themselves are closed, as they always are. To protect against suprise attacks and the likes. The Dojo is open to joining for everyone [/spoiler]
