[spoiler]Do you know how many of JT's augs run on circuitry? Like a good 20%.
Also, JT is weakened after OverCharging, and especially so if it happens too early, AKA JT can only use it once if it goes down. JJ did more than he knows. [/spoiler]

[spoiler]Yes. And they did. TagSight, HuD, anything JT has that requires the circuits and microchips inside him is deactivated, and since this is concentrated lightning and not an EMP, this will knock it for 15 replies and daze him, halving his usual heightened reaction time. [/spoiler]
