"Heh...Scavenger. Then...I guess..." she says, before a meemory flashed through her eyes.
(Flashback)
"Yeah...seems we need a name before you can be able to join the Alliance, miss." One of the guards responds.
"Vera Shepard, then. Cal me that." Shepard replies.
(End Flashback)
"Vera. Vera Shepard." She responds, smiling back at Scavenger.

"Sheppard?" He smiles, and thinks for a moment "You mean like Commander Shepherd or General Shepherd? Or just Shepherd?"

Edited by A Stormy Dio: 11/29/2016 2:02:13 PM*Her memories flashed again, this time showing her commanding two ships; one being destroyed, the other barely surviving a massive red energy.* "Commander Shepard, I guess." She responds, looking at her healing wounds.
-
"Well then, just Shepherd. It's a pleasure to meet you, awake this time."
-
"Yeah, and not...bleeding to death I guess." She responds, as she unwound a from the rest of her injuries. She takes her own armor and such and goes I tot he bathroom to change. "You aren't gonna look, right, Scavenger?" She yells from the locked bathroom.
-
"No! I promise you that much!" He yawns, stretching and pacing
-
*You hear her laughing as she starts to change her outfit.* (About...an hour later...) *She comes back out, in her armor and all, pistol hilted to her side. In her right arm was an Omni-Tool, which she was currently adjusting.* "So...what do you people usually do here?" She asks, looking up towards Scavenger.
-
He was sitting in the chair from before, a cup of coffee in his hands "Well this dojo is home to all warriors and a safe haven for them to train."
-
"A safe haven? Did you...happen to be breached by anything? And... warriors? Please elaborate on that; I don't think many heroes would agree to kill each other for bloodsport." She says, finishing her Omni-tool adjustments and leaned on the wall next to him.
-
"Breached? No never. These walls have never been breached by anything and I'm not sure how to expand on warriors
-
"Oh..." she responds, another memory appearing. This time, it was of a robot blowing buildings and people up with a giant laser. "Um...is there anything the Dojo might need to support the place?" She asks.
-
"Well yeah, we're always looking for more members. And we're always making some.kind of food"
-
"I guess I could help with more members. Maybe make them join this little Dojo. You mind me going outside? I need some kind of fresh air around here without the smell of bleach or ash in the morning." She says.
-
"Ywah door is over here" He gets up, waking to a door and opening it
-
*She follows outside the door and takes in the air.* "I never felt like this for so long!" She replies, laying down and taking in the air. "It feels...beautiful." *She simply took in the atmosphere she was in.
-
"Well it certainly is." Scavenger took a deep breath, listening to the world around him "You've never experienced this?"
-
"I...never felt something like this in so long..." she responds, as her memory triggers multiple memories at once, of her in some kind of battle. "I guess I...never felt such quietness in a long time." She responds after a moment of silence.
-
"Huh. Welcome to quiet."
-
"I may not know how I'm here...or why I'm here...but I guess I'll enjoy it. Won't you join me, doc? Seems to me you aren't enjoying as much as I am." She responds, having a big grin plastered on her face.
-
"Oh I am. But I've seen places on distant planets you couldn't believe" He laughed, lying down by her
-
"Like?" She asks. She was awfully curious about where this man had been if he had some type of Alliance technology. Or any type of tech that could pass mass relays.
-
"The planet of Kurios. A world of singing oceans. When the waves washed across the beach, the stones created this beautiful sound with every wave that came."
-
"Heh, reminds me of Earth. Sure, it was some sort of big industrial smog fest, but the fields that were there felt just like this. Only time I ever felt like a normal girl back then." She contemplates out loud.
-
"Earth? I don't think I've ever been there. Pretty sure it was destroyed a few years ago."
-
*She starts laughing quite a bit. She probably didn't know Earth was destroyed...right?* "You're kidding...right?" She asks, as her eyes started to dart everywhere. The next memory she had conflicted with whatever Scavenger had said.
-
"Yeah I'm pretty sure." He sits up, raising his hand and typing into something that looked like a IPad. He extends the arm and on the screen you see an image of the solar system, without earth "Here's the most recent satellite imagery. You didn't know?"
