"Oh..." she responds, another memory appearing. This time, it was of a robot blowing buildings and people up with a giant laser. "Um...is there anything the Dojo might need to support the place?" She asks.
-
"Well yeah, we're always looking for more members. And we're always making some.kind of food"
-
"I guess I could help with more members. Maybe make them join this little Dojo. You mind me going outside? I need some kind of fresh air around here without the smell of bleach or ash in the morning." She says.
-
"Ywah door is over here" He gets up, waking to a door and opening it
-
*She follows outside the door and takes in the air.* "I never felt like this for so long!" She replies, laying down and taking in the air. "It feels...beautiful." *She simply took in the atmosphere she was in.
-
"Well it certainly is." Scavenger took a deep breath, listening to the world around him "You've never experienced this?"
-
"I...never felt something like this in so long..." she responds, as her memory triggers multiple memories at once, of her in some kind of battle. "I guess I...never felt such quietness in a long time." She responds after a moment of silence.
-
"Huh. Welcome to quiet."
-
"I may not know how I'm here...or why I'm here...but I guess I'll enjoy it. Won't you join me, doc? Seems to me you aren't enjoying as much as I am." She responds, having a big grin plastered on her face.
-
"Oh I am. But I've seen places on distant planets you couldn't believe" He laughed, lying down by her
-
"Like?" She asks. She was awfully curious about where this man had been if he had some type of Alliance technology. Or any type of tech that could pass mass relays.
-
"The planet of Kurios. A world of singing oceans. When the waves washed across the beach, the stones created this beautiful sound with every wave that came."
-
"Heh, reminds me of Earth. Sure, it was some sort of big industrial smog fest, but the fields that were there felt just like this. Only time I ever felt like a normal girl back then." She contemplates out loud.
-
"Earth? I don't think I've ever been there. Pretty sure it was destroyed a few years ago."
-
*She starts laughing quite a bit. She probably didn't know Earth was destroyed...right?* "You're kidding...right?" She asks, as her eyes started to dart everywhere. The next memory she had conflicted with whatever Scavenger had said.
-
"Yeah I'm pretty sure." He sits up, raising his hand and typing into something that looked like a IPad. He extends the arm and on the screen you see an image of the solar system, without earth "Here's the most recent satellite imagery. You didn't know?"
-
*She stares at the picture in disbelief, before starting to hyperventilate.* *She is in the Crucible. Around her, every race and ship from every corner of the galaxy is fighting for Earth, against the Reapers. She looks toward her three options. [SKIP] She ends up shooting some sort of red canister once. Faces that she still didn't recognize appear as she fires a second bullet into the canister. A picture of her love, some unknown person was shown, before she fired a final bullet into the chamber, causing it to explode.[SKIP] Red energy flows around the galaxy as the Reapers die off. On Earth, humans and Asari look on, as they cheer for life, the Reapers dying off. Around Earth, the Reapers die off, leaving Earth to be safe from the threat of destruction.* *She hugs the iPad and starts weeping.* "I...failed...to save...Earth." You could hear her mumble.
-
With his other hand, he rubs her back gently "Now why on earth would it be your fault? It was destroyed in a war, deemed the Lenny Wars."
-
*She continues to weep. Perhaps if someone were to look in her head, they might know why such was happening.*
-
Unfortunately, Scavenger didn't have that ability. He was a mere medic, and engineered. Unskilled at looking through people. So he just continued comforting her
-
*She looked toward Scavenger and hugged him tightly, tears stopped.* "Why...did Earth die?" She says to the doctor. She wasn't aware of these Lenny Wars.
-
"There was a huge a war, waged against the dojo that destroyed the planet it it's wake."
-
"How could a Dojo on a planet have that much impact on a planet in another system?" She asks out of confusion. She was really curious about how this came to be. "Did the fighting involve multiple systems? Did the mass relay to the Sol system activate when you were fighting?" She asked.
-
"No, the dojo was on Earth when the war occurred. It was the original dojo." He looks curious "What is the mass relay?"
-
(Flashback) *"Commander, we're approaching the Omega-4 relay." The pilot of a ship she now recognized said to her. "Nice and slow." She replied. (End Flashback) "Mass relays allow for anyone to jump between different sections of the galaxy. There's the Citadel, Omega... problem is, your ships need a hyperdrive that could survive the relay's power." She explains.
