"He's edgy, pay no attention to him," Treyman jested only to be met with the Marshal flipping him off from the table, as a glint appeared in either of his cyan eyes. Jack though, he looked over to Luana with a curious look on his face.
"So most would expect to find me and that cowboy in a bar, though I assumed you'd take to the classier parts of town," Treyman flirted, though that was just his personality so it was best if Luana didn't take anything from it. "What brings you around here?"

She made a half-grin in terms of the response from the Marshal, which she thought was cute. Luana waved to him before turning back to Treyman. She had expected the flirting, asking about him among various other notable characters and important people of the Dojo, and so she came prepared for whatever lied ahead. However, his jest only frustrated her. She brought both fingers to her eyes to display stress. "The title of Empress is practically null when you have nothing to rule. And make no mistake, I was never pampered and raised with the royal treatment, rather in the tempering flames of combat and the ringing steel meeting steel in showers of spark. Matured though neglect and insufferable trauma. I have peered into realities far beyond the comprehension of the likes of you or your fellow warriors, seen things only meant for gods. I do not wish to be treated like a lucrative, ornate gem among grains of coarse and treaded sand, but rather like every other grain in the vast sea of such." She sighed as the barista approached, nodding so as to signify a wanting of their request. "Shots of vodka with lemon zest. If you're quick enough, there might even be some extra honey in the pot."

"Another vodka drinker?" Asked Treyman, who decided it best to not bring up her upbringing all too much. He sipped on his own glass as he chuckled which caused it to flow past his lips slightly faster than he'd like, but he was used to it. "Got a favourite type?"
