Is it just me or are ea and ubi not devs but publishers?
But my vote has got to go to hello games hands down

Allright little difficult this one But every game you named has as dev listed not just ea or ubisoft They always have a specific studio like ea Canada or ubisoft Montreal But as publisher it is just ea or ubisoft hense my confusion so one might say just ea or ubi isnt a dev
