Dragon's Breath, a joke of a gun; year one it had good stats but mediocre perks, year two they gave it a "buff". Year twos buff reworked Dragon's Breath as a full; taking its three in the mag, max blast radius & high velocity for the Napalm perk - release trigger after weapon fire to drop a Solar Damage napalm canister.Yes the Napalm perk is good but the rest of the gun is a joke.
My suggested buff for Dragon's Breath is return some of its year one stats to it; give it back its max blast radios/high velocity & replace the Who's Next? perk with Tripod so you can actuality take advantage of its fast rate of fire of eighteen.
Doing so would make it a deadly force to be reckoned with in PvE being a great damage source for slow moving bosses & a good weapon at dealing with large swarms of mobs.

Increased reload speed should do the trick

The Fallen Saber strike that everyone cries about and skips... Dragon's Breath is the answer: Nuke the area the adds land in when they drop from the ships. The Bond Brothers with or without burn... Dragon's Breath is the answer: Nuke the doors the adds spawn out of. Dark Blade??? Set the whole room on fire. Deathsinger in Crota's End??? Set the whole room on fire. Airborne modifier??? Set them on fire and jump around... works like a champ. From where I'm sitting, Dragon's Breath works great.

It's a viable option for anything with solar burn but even then it seems that it would be situational.

It's just a bad exotic. It's perk is supposed to be gimmicky and fun. That's what half of the exotics are.

.04% damage buff seems good.

Dragon's Breath is a beast. Don't complain because it doesn't fit into your playstyle.

Got it in an Engram.. Used it... Dismantled it... Definitely Needs a Buff...
-
Definitely would like the replacement of Who's Next with Tripod. Just doing that would help the weapon not feel so lackluster.

I agree entirely, the gun is terrible right now.

The gun is very good if used properly you can hit it with two explosions a impact and burn literly the highest damage rocket learn to use thats all folks.

You're joking, right? Dragonsbreath might actually be the best weapon for relatively stationary bosses. Taniks, Omnigul, Rockets McDickface, Undying Mind and even Darkblade can take massive amounts of damage from Dragonsbreath if used properly.
