Ok well if you are used to the classic MMO pay system than you are an exception. Most Destiny players have not a payed a typical MMO like wow. They came from CoD, Halo etc.

FPS players are used to new stupid version of the same stupid game every year with cut content sold back to you as -blam!-ing map packs and dumb ass skins for your guns and characters. CoD is a prime example of this.
