oh it definitely is. think about it, you have 3 chances to get the Armor set for your class since they are giving away 1 free box per reset now they're are 5 pieces to a set depending if you're only trying to get 1 armor set and the ornaments for the weapons are included in those boxes. Sooooo if you want these sets and are not lucky enough to get them in the 3 free boxes you'll have to pay for the chance of getting them. it's Festival of the cost all over again.
