Rip, doesn't mean he can't try, I mean he doesn't know yet, and besides it's his nature.
He sits next to her, wearing a fairly light jacket and shorts.
"So I heard this place is the best in the city."
Lol. Irina can give him advice, be a relationship tutor or something. Hook him up with someone XD.
"I've heard that as well. Really good hot chocolate, from what I've heard. So whatcha doin' for Christmas, if anything?" Irina was a fan of the holiday of Christmas, and was personally interested in what people were doing for it. In truth, she was; she had planned out things herself.

"Ah you know, spend it with the family. Sisters wife and her daughter..." He says with a smile. He looked at her. "What about you?"

"Decorating me and Athena's apartment - you wouldn't know Athena, she's awesome though - helping my blind friend with her decorations...I guess I'm in the holiday spirit." Irina chuckled, suddenly realizing that she had mentioned Athena, her lover. It would be awkward, explaining to the man about the fact that she was already in a relationship.

He saddened momentarily, then perks up. "Christmas decorations are fun." He says with a chuckle.

"Yeah...you alright th- Oh. I...I see now. Yeah, I was...already in a relationship. Sorry, just thought you'd understand." Irina's usually pale face turned even paler as she responded, as if she was embarrassed yet angry at herself.

"Oh honestly it's fine." He smiles at her. He didn't really know what to say. "Snows pretty isn't it?" He says as he looks at a falling flake. He snaps his finger and it stops, a red energy seeming to stop it, it didn't melt, it hovered. It moves towards him. He grabs it in his hand. He enlarges it, it was about the size of a penny, and beautiful. It glittered and shimmered beautifully in the winter sun. "Every one is different." He says as he looked at it. He handed it to her, she could see the crystals as they glittered. "It won't melt. Hold it..." He says with a smile.

The woman only stared at the marvelous snowflake, the frozen spectacle between her light, gloved fingers. Irina was quite amazed by it - she only knew two people with something similar to this kind of ability, so it definitely surprised her. "Amazing...I've always loved the snow, but this is just...amazing. Where did you learn to do this?"

"Well... that's a long story." He says with a smile, his breath visible in the air. He stands, holding his hand out for her to take. "If you've got the time."
