JJ takes the kicks, taking it all. He then flies upward slightly, then dives and grabs Zane by the throat. JJ then plants a dagger in Zane's side, then lets him go.

As soon as he sees the dagger he grabs JJ's hand, stopping the dagger from entering him. He breaths and puts pressure on JJ's wrist, trying to break it.

Before the wrist can break, JJ applies pressure to Zane's throat, and then slams his knee into Zane's stomach, knocking the wind out of him. The flames around JJ seem to gather and grow brighter around JJ's wrist, burning Zane as he continues to apply pressure.

He coughs and then grunts, not letting go as the flames start to singe him. He kicks JJ's knee to knock him off balance, then flips him over, applying more pressure to his wrist.
