All except no raid matchmaking, too many noobs would want to get carried

matchmaking should have a toggle or filter. something like require only matches with players that have a minimum of 10 raid completions on that particular raid. this way people can step in and be guaranteed to play only with other experienced raiders and those that dont mind helping out noobs or carrying them can match with less experienced players.
