I stopped reading after you said removed elemental burn from weapons from normal raid weapons. In Crota's End, you could only get the primaries from hard (Abyss Defiant, Oversoul Edict, Word of Crota, and Fang of Ir Yut). In VoG, you could get VoC and Aetheon's Epilogue in the Normal so it doesn't make sense here. Don't mess with the elemental primaries of Y1, just leave them as is and allow them to be infusable.
