The Newcomer... not like anyone even cares | Somewhere in the Dojo
A figure, dressed in all white armor, slipped his way through the crowd of civilians. He was tall in comparison to everyone else, his boots creating a metal clang as he walked. He wasn't sure where he was going, but had a feeling it would be somewhere decent. He didn't want to go to a bar - he never liked to drink.
He heard everything through the crowd of mixed individuals. Their problems, their plans for the evening, it was quite interesting - knowing what people were doing or what they planned on doing. It made things fresh. It wasn't the same routine every day.
Rain had began to fall, the orange lights in his armor and visor seemed to be a faded haze of colors due to the heavy downpour. He had been walking for at least two hours, still, not having a clue on where he was. He just so happened to have stumbled across the Dojo by mistake, it was never intentional to come here.
Surprisingly, people didn't seem to mind a tall man in an all white power suit. It baffled him on how oblivious people were... or, were they just used to it? It didn't seem unlikely. For some reason it felt very plausible for a place like this.
He continued on, the people still bustling by, going on with their day. He didn't seem to mind this, however. He, for some reason, found it calming. It felt natural to be walking around these streets. But he did hope for some interaction with another person, no matter who it was.
Open. Please, feel free to reply. I've been trying to get back into RP.
A bush rustles rather violently, leaves fall as a result. A faint orange glow emits from something humanoid, behind the bush. The plating in which the orange glow resides on is a jet black. A whisper of sorts is heard saying "Step back you idiot." The bushes continues to rustle as someone moves from behind it.
-
The man hears the voice, then walks over to the bush. The rain still pouring down on top of them. He clears his throat. "Hello? Can I help you with something?"
-
Another, much louder and deeper voice says "What do we do?" the other whispers again with his baritone voice "Nothing, dammit. Just sit there, I'll move away." One's footsteps can be heard, but nothing is scene.
-
He walks into the bush, using a small spark of electricity to burn it all down - trying to reveal the two voices he had just heard.
-
The bush burns down, revealing a man with heavy, black armor, with the orange glow. The other is nowhere to be found. "What made it so obvious?" The one you found says
-
"The fact that I could hear every word you said was one of those dead give aways." He said sarcastically.
-
Garin Fohrik popped out of thin air in front of the man, swords drawn. Need something?
-
The man stops and takes a step back, surprised. "Uhm, yes. Do you happen to know a good place to stay? At all? Because I'm sick of being stuck in this rain."
-
Well, there's always the Dojo, but its extremely expensive. Then there's Dojoville. It's okay, but it's a hive of scum and villainy. He sheathes his swords. Follow me.
-
"Alright, will do." He says following him.
-
They walk up to the massive wooden gates of the Dojo. I want you to perform your strongest attack on these gates. Trust me.

Edited by Old Man Kent: 12/11/2016 4:33:36 AM"Hm. Alright, you might want to step back then." Rhys kneels down on the ground, heat begins to rise from his armor - electricity also. Though not visible, the inside of his body starts to glow bright orange; somewhat representing a furnace. He lets out a screech, putting all of his willpower into one mass amount of energy. A ball of fire and electricity flows from his body towards the door, until finally Rhys stops - shaking on the ground.
-
The ball of fire slams into the gates and disperses, leaving the gates themselves untouched. You okay?
-
Rhys takes a deep breath, calming himself. "Yeah, yeah. Just give me a minute." He says breathing slowly.
-
Okay. Take your time,
-
After a few minutes he finally controls his breathing, then stands. "What the hell is that door made out of?"
-
Bumping for later.
mulligan re-enters reality a couple of feet in front of you Can I help you sir?......
fight of you want, your call though
-
He stops as the man appears in front of him, his stature towering over his (hopefully). There are no weapons that seem to be on his person, but there are two cylinder objects resting at his waist. "Sure. But from your tone of voice, I'm guessing this isn't going to end nicely?"
-
Well that depends on what you're here to do...and why....... the black ring on my left ring finger is faintly glowing
-
"I don't really have anything to do here. I'm not supposed to be here. My navigation system messed up, and I landed here instead of where I was supposed to go. I'm not really here to get into any trouble."
-
Yet here you are....and If you don't want to be shot at every time your seen around here I suggest you get clearence...
-
The man didn't seemed to be fazed by his threat. "Okay. Where or how do I get clearance?"
-
By fighting me my long-katana Acererack forms in my right hand as I swipe sideways at you
-
"Well shit." He says with a sigh. Rhys takes the two cylindrical objects from his waist, and two vibranium blades construct themselves from what seems like a hilt. Lightning then begins to forms around his body as he places the swords on his chest in an 'X' pattern. He stands still, awaiting the man to make his first move.
