Is Hidden Hand useful at all?
I got a Hero Formula drop the other day with this perk but it actually feels like it's more hindering my aim then helping.

I only notice it on my Finnalas Peril, so much so that I think HH is more useful than LiTC on that particular gun. Hand Cannons have other issues though, but HH makes this one my favourite over other ones I've tried like Fixer, Palindrome, Eyasluna.
