Coffee shop + God Limiter Finally
After a while a small Coffee shop appears in front of Ama's lab. *Silver Leaf Coffee and Tea* is written across the building in silver lettering. The building itself, seemed to be fairly floral on the outside but on the inside it seemed reminiscent of a luxury penthouse with a counter across the back side.
Robotic machines seem to operate as cashiers as Ama sits back on a sofa near a furnace with a blanket on and a cup of tea in her hand.
Flatline is sitting out in a corner on call with something in regards to someone missing payment. As for what the payment is for is difficult to figure out from the distance.
Ash seats herself at the counter talking to an invisible force, seeming to attempt to calm another soul for the afterlife perhaps?
And finally there's Gerald dressed in a Santa suit seeming to sneak up on random patrons of the bar and sticking stockings on their heads while whispering "May the spirit of Christmas compel you"
So my full roster is here doing their own things. Open to talk with any of them. Just give me a heads up on which one. Wouldn't want to give Gerald lines to Ash XD!
Rook walks into the shop. Looking around. "Well, this seems like a nice shop."
-
Ama leans over the couch to look over at her new patron. "Hey, thanks. Since I just opened it up I decided free coffee and tea for the first day of opening. So what's up?"
-
"Free coffee sounds nice right now. Day has been pretty bad so far. Looks like it is getting better."
-
"Hmm? What's wrong? Don't tell me you had to put up with Santa stocking guy over there..." Looking grimly at Gerald and his strange holiday cheer.
-
"No, just, mental problems. Losing sleep. Not eating as much. Had this problem before."
-
"Ah, sorry to hear that. I'm not a therapist but if you need any help lemme know. The food menu isn't all to big but I do have veggie wraps if your hungry" She looks over at the food court where a few different types of wraps are lined up.
-
"Im good on food. Just ate. Right now I'm just looking for coffee. Got any coffee machines on sale by any chance? Mine just broke." Rook picks up a bag of coffee beans, seeing what brand to buy.
-
"Well I wasn't planning on selling any but I mean if you want one I do have a few backups in case any of these break if you wanna buy one of those"
-
"How much do you want one for. I've got about 850 dollers with me right now if that is enough."
-
"Well since I don't really need that many backups I'll settle for about 200. Can't really remember how much it cost for the parts but whatever"
-
Bumping for later.
Royal entered the tea shop, looking around Judgementally
-
"Uhh... not your taste?" Ama says looking over at the new guest of her establishment.
-
"Oh it's actually very nice, just looking at the competition."
-
"Ah alright. Well enjoy. Coffee and tea is free today since this is the grand opening. Just type 166 on the keypad when you order" She says still kicking back on the sofa keeping warm. Ash noticed Royal walking in and gave a gentle wave while Flatline seems still distracted by his phone call.
-
Royal orders a black coffee and puts 166 in. He then sits down by Ash
-
Ash still seems to look at an empty space talking to it. "Don't worry, the door leads to your next life, perhaps you will enjoy it there. I'll pass your message on for you, be at peace" She then looks over at Royal. "Oh sorry, an elderly man recently died while wanting forgive his son. He told me to send him this message" Revealing an old folded up peice of paper.
-
Royal takes a sip of his coffee "I saw. Interesting looking guy."
-
"I'm not usually allowed to intervene with last wishes so I'll see if anyone is willing to deliver it. From what I understand you own an army in the land of the living. How is that going?"
-
"Yeah you could say that. Going well, protecting the dojo."
-
"That is good. It's interesting here. So many unusual faces, I've even seen a few different gods my lord didn't mention. And perhaps indulged myself" As she says it she shows a dull bracelet of a sort with a few faded sapphires. While the object would seem rather worn and dull to some, something about it seems to fascinate Ash as she allows herself a small but noticeable expression of joy.
-
"What exactly is it?"
-
"I found it at a merchant store. The man said it was found in a burning building. He also mentioned I have strange taste. I guess I am a bit odd to some people"
-
"I think it's quite interesting."
-
"Why thanks" She then looks at over at Ama and back "That girl has... so many souls seemingly stitched together, I don't think she even understand half of what she is"
