So I'm thinking of getting another video game around Christmas, and I've narrowed it down to one of these two games. And yes I already got Battlefield 1. Now my issue with Final Fantasy is I've never played a single game in the series. I'm not joking. And I liked Titanfall 1 a lot, even if it was a bit shallow on content. So which one? Which one?

Overwatch

Don't need to play the previous ff to play ffxv. Each game is a stand alone story and have nothing to do with one another (other than iconic monsters and certain characters making special appearances every time.) I'd recommend playing the past hames to understand the series history and see how far it came and where/why its popularity came from. But no, you don't need to play the past entries to enjoy this one.

Just remember to factor in ff is fresh so once it settles down tf will likely win this poll if asked later on

Titanfall 2. My favourite game and I recommend it to everyone

The question you have to ask yourself is do u want a FPS or RPG.

You'd get significant mileage out of both to be honest. Its really a difference between a lenghty singleplayer experince with more features incoming longterm or a mainly multiplayer game with a short but sweet campaign and free maps.

They are both really really good.

Yes I know Overwatch isn't on there, the game was okay. I just don't think it's worth a full $60.
