Commerce and cars created a white noise in the background of the city's marketplace in the poorer district of Padras, as the Frontiersman stood in the dead centre of the entire place, his ten foot tall suit of armour and blackened duster keeping him as the focal point to the curiosity that many of the beggars and low-class citizens had.
JT was visiting the city in the country of Cylak because he was bored of the Dojo's rolling hills and whining citizens, and wanted to return to a place where even the robotic police droids were programmed to not -blam!- with the common man. The majority wad full of junkies and wannabe gangsters, but they wouldn't deter JT. He grew up here, he knew Cylak.

"I set it to around 23 years before. Chronologically I'm seventeen here, still dating Diana, and am in a gang."
-
"Really? Wow. That would be a very long time ago. Before I knew you, that's for sure. And if it's been twenty-three years... That makes me fifty-two."
-
"You subtract 23, not add."
-
"I was talking about the o- Ohhhhhh you meant right at this time." She thinks for a second. "I was six."
-
"Then technically a six year old would have met a drug dealing torturer."
-
"Oh." She goes silent. "I'm stupid. Can we just drop this topic and not talk about it again? It's kinda embarrassing that I keep screwing up my math."
-
"Aight. Anything you want to say to your six year old self?"
-
"No. I'd rather she not see what she turns out like, even if it's a sim."
-
"You know she's going to be you in a few years right?"
-
"Yeah. I know. And I don't want her to get any ideas on changing stuff. Even if it won't actually happen."
-
"Heh, she won't remember it anyways. If she does, I can program it otherwise."
-
"I mean..." She sighs. "Fine. I'll meet her. After we eat."
-
"Alright. You want me to text D and Lopez or no?"
-
"If you want. I never really met either of them."
-
"You haven't? Flirty redhead and racist Mexican hawk?"
-
"Met Diana once, I think. Never met Lopez."
-
"Alright, just texted them. They're on their way."
-
"Alright. Hopefully they'll like me. Wouldn't want to make a bad impression."
-
"Diana likes everyone, Lopez is racist against anyone not Mexican or Cylaki."
-
"Well then. That may be a problem. I'm from Cedyetica, so... I'll just avoid that topic."
-
"If he asks, you're from the North Side."
-
"Alright. I'll try to remember that." She goes silent for a second, then speaks up again. "So... How's your daughter been doing?"
-
"She moved away, went back to Vegas. So it's just me 'round the house and shop now, pretty sure she's good."
-
"Ah. That must suck, man. You ever need some company, don't hesitate to hit me up, alright? Never have anything to do anyways. The most exciting thing was when I met a weird fox thing, but that's about it."
-
"A fox thing?"
