*Strange creature wandered into the Dojo. It had wiggled it's way through a decently sized hole in the back of the massive structure and was currently padding through the courtyards, looking around curiously. It looked like a combination of a fox and a hyena, with tan fur and black stripes as well as large ears and a black snout. It was an aardwolf, but what was an aardwolf doing on Tatakai?*

"Uh, yeah. And I would do the same to a human if they broke into the dojo."

"So... Do you just shoot at every bird that lands here?"

"Birds are unintelligent animals, and should be treated as such. If someone wants some fried bird, by all means they should just kill the nearest bird. However, this creature demonstrated slight intelligence, and I treated him as an intelligent species. That means he is subject to the law. If you would like to make the argument that he is an unintelligent animal, then why is it such a crime to be killing him? If he is an intelligent animal, then he clearly broke the law."

"Okay, first off, it's clear she's a female from her voice. Now, I'm not sure she even understands the concept of law. Just because something can talk, doesn't mean it instantly knows the laws of wherever it is. Now, how about you try helping me figure out why she's here at all instead of attacking and threatening her?"

"Just because one does not understand the concept of law does not put them above it. If a child murders someone, they are still punished. But if you can communicate with her, by all means do."

"Well, whether they now it's law or not, a child should still know murder is wrong. This is only trespassing."

"Only because you pointed a gun at her and then picked her up against her will. If anything, you assaulted her first."

Quincy, in feral form, notices the aardwolf walking around. He padded closer, quite curious.

*She turns around to see him and jumps.* *Aardwolf "Who you?!"

He flicks his ears. "Quincy. Who are you?" He pads a little closer, wriggling his nose as he sniffed the air near her.

*She steps back a little. She's only a foot and a half tall and three feet long. She's dangerously skinny as well. Extremely faint glowing orange tendrils seem to extend from her and disappear.* *Aardwolf "I Dalien..."

"Its nice to meet you Dalien...you look starving...What do you eat?" He sounded concerned for her, and quite friendly as well.

*Dalien "Eat ant... And white ant... Have ant?"

"Hmm...i dunno...i might know a place. Do you eat anything else?"

*Dalien "Try eat tail but hurt."

"Well, you shouldnt eat your tail. Can you eat fish?"

*Dalien "N-No fish."

He nodded. "Ants it is i guess. Do you eat them live or dead?"

*Dalien "Not matter.".

"Alright. I know where an anthill is. C'mon." He pads off into some bushes.

*She follows him excitedly.*

Inside the bushes, he's sitting next to a large anthill, a line of ants crawling into it from somewhere else. "Ta da!"

*Dalien "Ant!" *She runs up and quickly starts licking them up with her tongue.*
