What do you think of this season so far? Did you like the mid season finale?
Personally I think Negan has been implemented perfectly into the show. Everytime he pulls out Lucielle Im always waiting to see who's head is going to be bashed in next. He actually did help Rick in gutting Spencer as Spencer was sort of coming off as a potential assassin of Rick the way he was talking
One thing I found kind of cheesy was how Rick decides hes going to fight negan 2 weeks after.......he gives them his -blam!-ing 200 guns + RPG. Nice timing Rick. He couldve used that RPG to blow Negan sky high the next time he entered Alexandria.
Also found it odd Negan toured Carl around his HQ and then returned him home. Maybe it was just to show Negans cockiness or it couldve been just sloppy writing. MAYBE it also shows Negan actually felt for him after seeing his eye and hearing he had to kill his mother.
Lastly Im hyped to see who the mystery man is thats now stalking Alexandria. Hopefully he's a Daryl esque badass who can help.
What do yall think (Assuming anyone here watches the show)
Negan feels invincible and that will be his downfall. Now that Carl and Daryl have both been inside they will help Rick plan an insurgency. I'm assuming Rick will recruit Hilltop, the Kingdom and that fishing village of women. That'll be on Tara though.
The one guy who tried recruiting Carol and Morgan looked like he was about to make some Molotov cocktails or explosives anyway so he's in.
