He takes a breath, glancing at Iso's face. "Yeah, I'm ready."
-
"3....2.....1....This may feel weird..." Cannon's vision goes black and he feels itchy all over his body, but can't move.
-
He stays stock still, trying to ignore the itch.
-
Edited by Stitch: 12/14/2016 1:23:39 AMThe itch goes away a few seconds later as a still image...a memory comes into Cannon's view.
-
"Alright, I can see... Something." He glances around.
-
He's unable to change his view, only able to see what Iso's mind lets him see. Charlie: "Okay...can you be a little more specific?" The memory starts to move. Iso giggles as a butterfly lands on her noes. Iso: "Aw! I love you too, butterfly!"
-
"She's... Playing with butterflies." He starts describing the scene.

Edited by Stitch: 12/14/2016 1:41:12 AMCharlie: "Go on. What's the setting? What's the color of the butterflies? Are they glowing?" Iso starts to sing towards the open field in a serious tone. Iso: "~I walk through the valley of the shadow of death. I fear no evil because I'm blind to it all. My mind and my gun they comfort me, because I know I'll kill my enemies when they come. Surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell on this earth forevermore.~"
-
"Yeah, their glowing. She's singing now." He repeats the lyrics to him, scanning the seen for details. "She seems to be in a valley."
-
Edited by Stitch: 12/14/2016 1:53:22 AMIso continues to sing. Charlie: "Yeah, she loves that song. We all do."
-
"It's a nice song." He continues to watch.
-
The memory quickly fades and gets replaced by another. A mystery women cries on a balcony, overlooking a field similar to the one from the last memory.
-
"The memory changed..." He describes the new memory.

Edited by Stitch: 12/14/2016 2:07:53 AMThe girl: "Why? Why Iso? Why her?" The girl's voice makes it sound like something bad happened to Iso and that she feels bad about whatever it is.
-
Cannon repeats it to Charlie. "She seems worried. Any idea who she is?"
-
Charlie: "Well, I can't see what you're seeing, but...I don't know...Honestly, her description doesn't come up with any interesting results." The girl: "My love...I'm so sorry. I'll make it up to you, I promise."
-
Cannon continues to give him a second by second account of what he sees.
-
Charlie: "Love? Is she talking about Iso?" The girl: "I'll save both of our people if it kills me, Iso. I'll do it for our love. Even though we're separated at the moment we'll be together soon."
-
"I'm... Not sure." Cannon looks closely for details.
-
The necklace around her neck has a blue gem that glows slightly brighter the more she gets emotional. "I-I just can't bare to see you ruin yourself anymore! You work and work and work and stress yourself beyond your limits! For what?! For people you've never met?! Iso, please! Hear my cry! Rest now! Relax for once with me! We can cuddle by our favorite lake and make love on the beach! Please!"
-
Cannon relays what he sees and hears.
-
Charlie: "....Huh. This has to be from before WM Corp." The scene changes back to Iso on her balcony. On her ears are earrings with gems the same shape as the last girl's necklace, but their color was an emerald green. Iso was in tears. "I will take a break, my dearest friend. Not for my own sake, but because I know you won't rest until I do. I'll meet you at the lake house tomorrow morning at sunrise. Pan, the 'making love on the beach' jokes are funny, but please stop. I'd rather not have any suitors turning away believing I'm taken because they think you're serious."
-
Cannon feels a wave of relief as he continues to relay everything to Charlie.
-
The scene changes back to the other girl, now known as Pan. Pan: "But....I do love you..." She seems extremely upset as Cannon's vision goes black again. Charlie: "Huh, keep going."
-
"Alright." Cannon braces himself for whatever's next.
