[i]The scene changes back to Iso on her balcony. On her ears are earrings with gems the same shape as the last girl's necklace, but their color was an emerald green. Iso was in tears.[/i]
"I will take a break, my dearest friend. Not for my own sake, but because I know you won't rest until I do. I'll meet you at the lake house tomorrow morning at sunrise. Pan, the 'making love on the beach' jokes are funny, but please stop. I'd rather not have any suitors turning away believing I'm taken because they think you're serious."

"Wasn't staring ma'am." He replies, turning his helmeted head away.

[i]She giggles.[/i] "I'm just playing! Lighten up!" [i]Cannon suddenly opens his eyes and he's back in the courtyard, cuddling Iso.[/i]

He blinks several times, staring up at the sky as he gets over the disoriented feeling. "Seconds huh? Those were long, [i]long[/i] seconds." He mutters.

[b]Charlie:[/b] "It was only a second in real life. Now we wait for Iso to wake up." [i]Iso remains limp in your arms.[/i]

"How long was I in her head?" Cannon asks, gently stroking Iso's hair.

[b]Charlie:[/b] "Five minute...." [i]Charlie trails off and falls over.[/i]

Cannon gently releases Iso and stands up, quickly moving over to him. "Woah, you alright vod?" He asks worriedly.

[i]Charlie is out cold, but breathing. Iso stirs.[/i]

Cannon takes Charlie's pulse, doing a quick bio scan just to be on the safe side.

[i]Something jams his scans. Iso slowly sits up, holding her head with a pained expression.[/i]

Cannon switches to scaning for the interference, moving over to Iso. "Hey cya- Iso. How're you feeling?" He catches himself, not completely sure where they stand currently.

[i]She groans in pain.[/i] "Ow, my head. What happened?"

"From what I understand, you went into a coma. Charlie helped me wake you up. I..." He looks like he wants to say more, but dosent.

[i]She looks at you in confusion. You notice her voice is more mature sounding.[/i] "Who're you?"

He blinks once. "You... Don't remember?"

[i]Iso giggles lightly.[/i] "You're Cannon, right?"
-
He cocks his head. "So you do remember?" He looks extremely confused.

[i]Iso hugs Cannon tightly.[/i] "How could I forget my, cyar'ika?"

Cannon immediately hugs her back. "Y-you had me really scared for a moment there. I... I thought you were..." His voice breaks.

[i]Iso shakes her head.[/i] "I'm not going anywhere!"

He pulls back just enough to look her in the eye, still holding her. He's smiling. "Thank te Manda for that, ner cyare." [spoiler]ner cyare: my love[/spoiler]

[i]Iso's eyes go wide for a sec.[/i] "Wait, did I break up with you?"

Cannon seems to remember, taking a step back and gently letting her go. "I... Oh. Sorry, I-I'll stop." His smile is gone again as he struggles to put his emotional mask up.

[i]Iso quickly hugs Cannon and kisses him passionetly.[/i]

Cannon freezes, shocked at first before slowly returning the kiss and wrapping his arms around her.
