Fenrir paid no heed to the young man. He looked down at his hand, feeling the rain of alcohol, then looked up, opening his mouth. After a moment, he closed his mouth and swished the beverage for a sec, then gulped.
"An interesting choice of environment. It shall be a pity to destroy it."
The Wolf's eyes blazed, trailing blue fire behind him as he walked towards where Alpha had last been. As he walked, the temperature of the already humid forest climbed swiftly. The rain went from heavy rain, to regular, to sparse, soon disappearing altogether. However, it did not stop there, and the forest itself began to dry out.
"Listen here, boy. Continue to hide and I will dehydrate you by simply containing my flames, but releasing their heat. What shall it be?"

As alpha had his own fire, and the flames kept him fine from your own effects aside from a faster rate of fatigue, he decided he wasn't gonna take this guy's shit he unslung his rifle, and got into position, lining you up after acquiring you, and firing a line of ionized plasma at your head
-
At the sound of plasma rifle discharging, Fenrir pivoted, thrusting out his hand, palm open, as he spun to the left. Blue flame as those exuding from his eyes coalesced, forming a massive great sword from the tip of the blade to the pommel. He stopped when the pommel had formed, clutching the blade out of the air single-handedly and catching the bolt with the blade. The plasma collided with the ancient sword, blooming out in a miniature of an atom bomb detonation. However, as the plasma went out, it was drawn back in, absorbed by the blade. All this transpired in seconds, his speed made evident to his opponent. He lowered the sword to his side, glaring in the direction from which the shot had come. The temperature began to rise at a sharper rate.

He felt no change, as he was in his Exo suit, meant to withstand much worse He decided that this wouldn't work, but fired again, at your hand this time, the shot would wither force your hand to let go by hitting the hilt, or hit the hand itself

Edited by Sanctus Caesar: 12/16/2016 1:01:13 AMThe blast was again deflected and absorbed as the Wolf simply shifted his sword. This time, He tracked where the shot came from, then he kneeled? A pillar of flame formed around him, and a rushing sound alerted Alpha that another had formed on a thick branch behind him. Fenrir leapt from the pillar behind the young man, striking down with his blade on the warrior, it's blade erupting with yet more blue flame.
-
As soon as alpha heard the noise, he turned with his saber, the blade glowing green over its silvery blade, and sparks flew from it as it mirrored the kinetic energy of the hit, and seemingly nullified the energy of the other blade
-
Having turned, he saw that Fenrir was now adorned in full battle armor. As the two swords clashed, the Wolf gave Alpha a vicious kick to the chest, allowing his momentum and inertia to carry through, supplying the kick with the force of a speeding freight train.
-
It dented the armor, and sent him flying, and he hit another branch, but used the branch to get back up so he could face fenrir, the frustration of fighting someone like him and the pain caused Alpha's eyes to shift from his blue to a deep crimson, and his fighting stance changed to a more aggressive stance, dual wielding the dagger and saber
-
"If you are this easily angered, boy, then perhaps you do not belong in this sort of event." He says calmly and in a patronizing tone. His own stance shifts to a more defensive style, leveling his blade flat in the air at about chest level, taking the bottom of the hilt with his right hand. The fire from his pillar and the attack began to spread. It would soon overtake the two fighters.

He only laughed and pointed above you, then jumped down, rolling to avoid any injury. The tree was going down, and it would hurt a man even such as Fenrir, but it would give Alpha some respite, which he used to prepare himself for the incoming onslaught
-
Fenrir looked up, noting the falling top of the tree. He grunted, then dropped to the earth, his blade engulfing itself in the now familiar blue flames. As he laded on one knee, he stabbed Ragnarok into the ground, and the blade pulsed. The ground cracked, spreading fast around him until it reached a good fourth of the arena. Out of the cracks came blue flame, and then, from the center of the circle outward, fire erupted from the earth, producing a pillar of flame at the heat of the sun. It lasted a few moments, then dissipated, leaving the Eternal Crusader kneeling in a crater. He stood, searching the surrounding area for any sign of the young man.
-
Nothing. Another game of Cat-and-Mouse was yet to be played, and Alpha intended to be the Cat. He watched you from a fair distance away, through the scope of his rifle, ready to fire the moment the opportunity presented itself
-
The flames from the crater and those that had been burning within the forest were drawn out, forming a barrier likened to that of a hurricane. The temperature had risen to a degree that the earth surrounding the Wolf began began to boil, and the leaves on the trees withered, crumbling into ash, yet no flame was present. He began to approach the forest, fires lighting up around him and then getting drawn into the perpetual wall of flame surrounding him.
-
He retreated, and though this was frustrating him to no end, he would NOT be bested by someone who lacked the ability to even detect him. as such, he started pressing a few buttons, and fenrir could hear what sounded like a jet, and unfortunately for him, his own barrier made it hard to hear what direction and where it was at
-
The inferno speeds up, drawn rapidly into the blade of Ragnarok. Fenrir looked to the forest's edge, scanning the trees for any sign of movement. Finding nothing, he started off in the direction in which he had last seen the young man run, listening carefully. As such, his ears caught the sound of the jet engine's, and he turned to find the encroaching vehicle, blue flame trailing from under the armor, giving the impression that it was an armored bonfire.
-
it was a high-altitude NTR sparrowhawk, and it scanned the area, and finding you, started relaying everything to its owner, and fired twin lasers at you, with HEAT missiles meant for armored targets and even an odd looking missile attached to a purple device
-
Fenrir spotted the Sparrowhawk, and allowed the lasers to hit him. They pushed him back a bit, but were consumed by his flames, dealing little damage. However, when he heard the missiles firing, he dropped to his knee, concentrating. A pillar of fire formed around him, as well as one on the Sparrowhawk. As the missiles got to where he was, the pillar dissipated, showing he was gone, and they crashed into the earth, destroying yet more forest. The pillar on the ship dissipated as well, just as Fenrir brought his blade down into the ship, unleashing the Yodünfire as he had earlier. The ship ruptured and exploded in the air, and as the debris fell, Fenrir plummeted through it, landing again on the ground and stabbing the earth once more. Now, a wave of flames expanded through the entirety of the forest, burning it away. Fenrir stood, watching as the arena turned to ash.
-
Alpha had used his own flames to survive the blast, but fenrir would be knocked around as the last missile was an actual slipspace device, and it threw them both around, but fenrir was closer to the blast Alpha struggled to his feet, and panted, his crimson eyes scanning the devastation for him
-
He saw blurry flames, as the smoke obscured his sense of sight. The flames themselves were bright blue, raging with no intent of stopping. Trees burned away into ash, or were toppled into the flames by their own weight. As he scanned the area, he found nothing living, at least, nothing in the small clearing he had to himself. It was clear, though, that from here on, there'd be no cover in the trees. Suddenly, the flames behind him parted as Fenrir leaped through, bringing down Ragnarok on the young warrior's head.
