Ok, serious question. Do Canadians call Canadian Bacon just Bacon? Do they call regular Bacon American Bacon?
Such questions are for philosophers... or Kevin Bacon.

What do Americans do with the rest of the bacon? They only serve the strips but in Australia it has a whole other part attached to it.

We call it Bacon. Or for those who are closer to the border like myself, we call it ham.

No, we know Canadian bacon isn't bacon. We call American bacon, bacon, and we call Canadian bacon, Canadian bacon.

Edited by KittyTheQuiet1: 12/18/2016 10:06:25 AMWe call bacon, bacon. Canadian bacon is back bacon, which we call back bacon and others call Canadian bacon. Hope that clarified things.
