"Soldier?" The teen waves back at you, and you can hear his young, still-pubescent voice waver slightly. "Oh yeah, uh, I only kinda look the part... sir. Someone gave me this armor."

"Oh... Well it's still a pleasure." [b]He extends a hand [/b] "I'm Watcher."

"Likewise Watcher. I'm Eddie Tobias, but most people call me Buck. Nice to meet you." [i]He shakes your hand, and then, through his helmet, looks up and down your armor.[/i] "That's some nice gear you've got. Where'd you get it?"

"There is or was an NCR Ranger here. Joined his ranks. Don't know where he is now..."

"NCR? That's a cool name. Is it anything like the NTR?" [i]Tobias had grown up in a world far from NTR control, but still their influence affected him back home. He didn't sound overly fond of them, though he seemed genuinely curious about the NCR.[/i]
