Amid the ruins, after Extryte pulled out.
Quincy, clad in his all white whiteout garb, was stalking through the ruins of Dojoville, in an attempt to find survivors and wounded. The sight was ghastly, as row upon row of mangled corpses lined the streets. He nearly vomited when he say a back alley that was filled with red organic mush. He passed by the Cafe he used to work at. It had a huge crater burned into the front and nearly everything was charred to a crisp. He shuddered. He continued his trek, his silenced MK14 loaded and ready on his back as he held Righty, a cyan P99 with FMJ rounds, in his hands. Lefty, a velvet version of Righty, was holstered on his left leg, also ready for use. He had his hood pulled over his head as he scanned the area, listening for movement.
((Open. Mostly to Orn or Wehb. If Orn, melee battle. If Wehb, i don't even know.))
((but hey, if you wanna toss ground troops at him, be my guest.))

"The place brought in pretty good cash, despite its low prices. The boss had me work longer hours because people liked seeing a friendly face. I mean, I got paid extra and I got free coffee, so it wasn't terrible working so long." He sighed. "And now its gone. Along with most of the city..."
-
"We'll rebuild. We've been through worse." "Doubt that" "Shat ap rookie." "Yes sir."
-
He sighed again, a part of his past stinging him. "In all honesty the fact that this is happening just feels wrong to me..." He sits down on a tire, taking a sword from behind his back and looking at it. "I never thought this sword would wake again...the last time I used it..." He shuddered for a few seconds. "Not a story I like to tell...anyhow, any word on any developments in the fighting?"
-
"Yeah-" Four men suddenly approached, weapons raised "THUNDER!" "FLASH! You're clear!"
-
Q chuckled. This reminded him of something from a while ago in a different dimension, where earth hadn't been destroyed. 2016, Russia had invaded the US. The call sign reminded him of the one the US Rangers used, Star and Texas. "So is this how the day's gonna go? Sweep and clears?"
-
"Something like that, yes." The four men jogged over and into the café Snow suddenly stops, reaching up and placing a hand over his ear "Just got word. Fights practically over."
-
"That fast? Wow." He seemed surprised.
-
"Yeah apparently it is. Easy."
-
"Huh...well then." He stroked his 'chin' for a moment. "I wonder..." he said, pondering something.
-
"There are still minor skirmishes going on. Nothing we can't Handle." "What are you thinking?"
-
"There might be a stash of coffee and cafe related things underneath the cafe..."
-
"Maybe we should check it out?" "I concur." Marker went inside the café
-
Q followed, tossing his hood down in the process. He had sheathed his sword upon getting up. "There should be a hatch behind the counter."
-
Marker ducked down underneath the counter "Found it!" Outside, several more men approached "FLASH!" "Thunder! We clear?" "You're clear!" Snow entered the café, with seven men behind him "We got two dozen troops. Your orders sir? Just enjoy? '
-
"We should still keep watch. Letting our guard down would be unwise. Ill see what i can do with the coffee, try and get some made for whoever needs or wants any." He hopped over the counter, yanking the hatch open with a loud grunt.
-
"Sir." Snow turned to the gathered men. "Which squads we got here?" "Seargent Arcane sir." "General Reynfrey sir." "Both of em still alive?" "Arcane is sir." "Reynfrey Is MIA. Status is unknown." "Damn. Alright. Marker, take two of Reynfrey's troops. Get out on the streets round up those that didn't hear the message." Marker pointed at two men and the team of three jogged out "Broadside. Take some men up onto the roof, cover the streets." Broadside pointed at six men, and they went up to the roof. "Axe. Take two men. Watch the door." Three men ran over to the front door, leaving only 12, including Quincy Still inside the café. "We'll switch out over time."
-
Quincy came back up, carrying some bags of ground coffee beans and something to make the actual drink with. "There's more down there but this is all I'll need." He sets it on the counter after sweeping the broken glass off of it with his arm.
