The Bear
Heavy snow fell on the dojo and the mountain it rested on as winter had finally set in. The path leading up was slippery and dense with packed down snow, but something still climbed up it on foot. Out of the heavy fog, a figure could be seen, but it wasn't quite human.
On its all fours, a large metal bear with a cape on its back crawled up the steep hill. As it drew closer, a hammer and sickle could stood out on the cape. It walked quickly on the slippery slope and had glowing red eyes that could be seen through the snow. It reached the top and stood up, towering over anyone near it. It approached the gate with a low, grumbling noise.

The trio of Fortis, Audax, and Destanius were walking by. Suddenly, Fortis spotted the bear. "Woah, I have never seen a robotic bear before! Perhaps I could run some tests on it..." Destanius said. "No, it might be another sentiment being." Fortis said. "What are you talking about? Not even regular bears are good for anything other than carpets." Audax said. "If it isn't sentient, Destanius can run tests on the thing and Audax can make a very uncomfortable rug out of it. But for now, you should stop threatening to kill it before we know if it can hear us." Fortis said.

The bear reached them and stood up, towering over them. It spoke in a robotic sounding voice that was mostly monotone, but had some emotion to it sometimes. His Russian accent was very noticeable too. "Hello, strangers. I am the Mechanized Soviet bear. I have come here from the USSR. Who are you three?"
-
Towering? Audax is 12 feet tall.
"Told you guys." Fortis said to his companions. "I am Fortis. What brings you to the dojo?"
-
So is the bear, makes him still taller than the other two.
"I have come because I was brought here against my own will by one of the members here. I don't seek vengeance, I just want to be a part of this fighting establishment, like how I used to be in Russia. What is this 'told you so' junk?"
-
Oh, that is pretty large for a bear.
"Don't worry about that. So you want to join the dojo? There isn't really much of a test. You can just join. Also, who made you come here?"
-
He is a machine after all
"The one who calls himself Shalidor. He was sent here through a portal he accidentally created. After that, they started popping up all around this planet, sucking people in. At least that's what he tells me."
-
I recognize that name
-
"Never heard of him, but could you show me were he resides?"
-
"I could, possibly." Without hesitation, he passed through them and opened the gate, walking through. He lifted his nose up, looking like he was sniffing the air, but a pinging noise came out, like a radar.
-
The three get behind the bear, waiting to be lead to this mysterious man.
-
After scanning the air and continuing, they eventually reached a door to an apartment. The door was strange looking and had engravings on it. The bear knocked loudly and waited. Soon enough, Shalidor, the mags opened the door. He was a slightly aged man with a large beard and long, gray mage robes that looked nice. He spoke softly. "Yes?... oh... you? What is it?"
-
The threesome pop out from behind the bear. "Sir, we have some questions to ask you."
-
"Oh really? Go ahead."
-
"We have heard that you are creating these portals that are sucking people into the dojo and the surrounding area. Is this true?"
-
Edited by Haknir: 12/28/2016 4:55:15 AM"No... I didn't create almost any... only one. You see, reality is a fabric, and when there's a tear in the fabric, it can stretch and create new tears or a bigger one. The bear here is just a victim to that."
-
"Well we heard that there was more than one. Why were you playing with the fabric of the universe?"
-
"I was from a different universe. A place where it's common, and then I made a mistake and ended up in this odd universe."
-
"If you need to get back, there are plenty of people who know a bit on traveling through dimensions."
-
"I can always go back, but I don't. I've been here for too long to leave. Anyone who has been here for long enough would feel the same way. Even our soviet bear here.
-
"Oh, well just try not to suck in anyone through a portal from now on without their consent, ok?"
-
Bump cuz everyone ignores me
