"Oh!"
The slightly taller girl exclaimed, sending a wide and friendly smile Arianne's way. Someone her age on the ship, how wondrous. MJ couldn't help but just get all giddy with excitement and glee.
"Hi there! I'm Jeannette, or Jeanne.. Or whatever you want to call me! Nice to meet you, Arianne. And MJ is just a nickname dad gave me, though I don't understand why.. Mini-Jeanne? Mini-Jason? I don't know.."
The girl shrugged, her smile fading for a few moments, being replaced by a look of confusion as her silver eyes looked down at the floor. She really didn't understand, sinking away in thought for a few moments. She blinked a few times, snapping back into reality with a wide smile.
"Oh well!"

"I'll call you Jeanne! That's a really pretty name. I think it is, anyway!" The little girl laughed and giggled to herself as she simply shrugged, her thin, pale hands retreated to the pockets of her pants as she finished snickering. It made her beyond joyful, to meet another girl that was her age upon the ship. Maybe she could be friends. "So Jeanne - What should we do for now? We can play games, like tag or hide-and-seek! Or we can talk a lot, about...stuff. I'm fine with whatever you want to do, too!" While Arianna was slightly terrified of the sleeping soldier in the corner, she was more than willing to hang around with his daughter: she was nice, after all.

"I don't know why dad called me Jeannette.. Because, well.." "She" got a tad bit shy, leaning in close to Arianne, before whispering to her exactly three words that would likely turn this entire meeting around. "I'm a boy." He then straightened himself with a grin, the shyness gone. Surely this girl wouldn't think any different of him? It was certainly surprisingly, MJ didn't doubt it, but she wouldn't hate him, would she? Suddenly, he got a tad bit unsure, the grin fading, and being replaced by a look of worry. "You don't hate me now, right? I hope we can still be friends! Even if you thought I was a girl.."

"Oh..." That was all the filthy Vileblood demon child said as her strikingly face grew ever-so slightly paler, her eyes widening in some amount of surprise as she took the information in. A boy - here, on the ship? It surprised her, clearly. She looked as if she was ready to yell at him at any minute for his treacherous lying. Then, Arianna only giggled - it was a adorable sight, as she then suddenly tackled MJ in a hug. "Of course I don't hate you! Why would I hate you over something silly like that? I'll call you...Jean, I guess. I guess that's...fitting, right?"

MJ, being lightweight as all hell, stumbled backwards, arms flailing around, before he inevitably fell down. Luckily, he was smart enough to cover the back of his head with his hands, avoiding the nasty situation of it slamming into metal. The landing still knocked the air from his lungs, the loud thud and surprised yelp even making Jason perk up. "Heh! That's good, then! You're so sweet, Arianne. I like you a lot, even if we just met. Can already tell we'll be great friends! But, you can call me MJ, if you want - though Jean is fine, too! Call me whatever you want, I guess." The kid smiled wide, his arms loosely wrapping around the girl atop him, returning the hug with a giggle. Jason just rolled his eyes in silence, before attempting to go to sleep again.

Arianna didn't notice that shitlord - excuse me, Jason - in the back, but she only grinned back and laughed at MJ - Jean, her new friend and practically had only friend, before lifting herself up, pulling him up after she had gotten onto her own feet. Once she had managed that, the girl began thinking of what the two should have done next as they spent time together: they had already introduced themselves to each other, so... "So what should we do now, Jean? We can always play tag, or hide-and-go-seek, or Ring Around The Rosie - Maybe Mrs. Ry has a couple of board games, though I doubt you would like those!" Arianna snickered a little to herself, as she personally didn't see Jean as a kid that enjoyed board games. Contrast to her normally excited manner, Arianna loved calmer activities like board games and even reading.
